Kuwait claims northern border outpost and offshore oil platf

Kuwait Armed Forces General Staff announced on July 12th that multiple border posts and an offshore oil platform in the northern part of the country were attacked on the same day, and one worker was injured.

The Kuwait Armed Forces General Staff issued a statement on social media platforms stating that three border posts in northern Kuwait were attacked, and another "hostile drone" attacked an offshore oil platform operated by Kuwait Oil Company located in Kuwait's territorial waters, causing damage to facilities and injuring one worker.

The statement did not specify the identity of the attacker, nor did it disclose further details. Previously, the Kuwaiti government stated that its air defense system intercepted hostile aerial targets entering its airspace.
