5 people killed in drone attack in Moscow Oblast, Russia

Moscow, August 4 (Xinhua) -- Moscow Oblast Governor Vorobyov said on social media platforms on August 4 that the region was attacked by a drone early that morning, resulting in 5 deaths and 6 injuries.

Vorobyov said that the attack caused multiple fires in an industrial area of the state, with the largest fire affecting a warehouse. The flames have been extinguished so far. In addition to the warehouse, a substation and an administrative building were also damaged. Firefighters and emergency rescue personnel are still working on site.
